Becky Lynch to join SmackDown and be replaced by a 31-year-old star on WWE RAW? Exploring the possibility
Becky Lynch raised hell tonight on WWE SmackDown when she joined Team Belair for the WWE Survivor Series WarGames. With Lynch not having any active storyline on RAW, her chances of being swapped to SmackDown are possibly high.
Superstar trades could become a thing with both brands recently naming exclusive General Managers. The first trade was between Jey Uso and Kevin Owens.
Becky Lynch, since losing the NXT Women's Championship, hasn't been a part of any intense rivalry and has faced almost every woman on the red brand. WWE could use this opportunity to trade The Man to the blue brand.
WWE could add Jade Cargill to RAW and make up for a big superstar leaving the brand. Cargill joined WWE a few months ago. However, she has only been seen in backstage segments, being introduced to multiple superstars and officials. She hasn't hit the ropes yet.
Cargill could join the main roster and right away go after Rhea Ripley, who always welcomes new challenges. She could also have intense feuds with Nia Jax and Raquel Rodriguez.
Will Becky Lynch retire from WWE soon?
The future of Becky Lynch could be a matter of concern to the company, given her drawing power. Her contract expires in June 2024, and there is no news of a contract extension.
Lynch, 36, is approaching the final leg of her career. While speaking about her future with Tommy Tiernan, The Man claimed she still has a few more years to go.
"I started (wrestling) 21 years ago and so, I still have a few more years left in me… (And then there will come a time) to hang up the boots, yeah."
Becky Lynch is one talented individual and could transition into multiple things if she wishes. Her venture into writing will begin with the release of her autobiography soon. She could also make the transition to Hollywood like many other WWE Superstars have over the years.
