Becky Lynch to return and exact revenge on 4-time WWE champion at Bad Blood? Exploring the potential
Becky Lynch has not been seen in WWE since the May 27 edition of RAW and her contract officially expired soon after, in June. The former Women's World Champion is yet to sign a new deal with the company and her future is still seemingly in doubt.
That being said, Lynch possibly holds a grudge against one couple, Liv Morgan and Dominik Mysterio, and she could come back for them. The duo cost her the Women's Championship at the King and Queen of the Ring Premium Live Event in Saudi Arabia before Mysterio went on to cost Lynch the title a second time on the RAW after.
It has now come to light that the couple were working together all along. So now at Bad Blood when the four-time WWE champion, puts her title on the line against Rhea Ripley, it could finally be time for Becky Lynch to return and help Mami take back what was rightfully hers.
Lynch has made it clear that she is enjoying her time away from WWE and being able to spend it with her husband and daughter. However, in her absence, Morgan has taken over the women's division on the red brand and it could now take someone like Lynch to return and change the power dynamics.
The added benefit is that Lynch possibly has a backup of her own in the form of her husband, Seth Rollins. So in case Mysterio stepped in again, she could always call in The Visionary to even the numbers game, provided he is able to wrestle after the brutal attack at the hands of Bronson Reed recently.
Will Becky Lynch return to WWE before 2025?
Becky Lynch hasn't been part of WWE RAW for a while and there are rumors about her making her return after the turn of the year.
Lynch is expected to come back in to be part of the Royal Rumble early next year, but there is a chance that she could return before that. Interestingly RAW moves to Netflix starting early January 2025.
As noted, the former Women's World Champion has a few scores to settle and there could be several other women making their return in the coming weeks, including Charlotte Flair, Carmella, and Alexa Bliss. When the 37-year-old makes her comeback bears watching.
