Big E to miss The New Day's 10th anniversary on WWE RAW? Exploring the possibility
The New Day is currently encountering obstacles. However, they have a lot to look forward to in the upcoming week. Although Xavier Woods and Kofi Kingston may have certain disagreements, they are both eagerly awaiting their 10th-anniversary celebration. This celebration is scheduled to happen on RAW next Monday and is expected to be quite extravagant. Nevertheless, there is a chance that not all the members of the group will be present, as Big E may not attend.
It has been a while since he has walked out with Xavier Woods and Kofi Kingston, but Big E was and still is an integral part of The New Day. Unfortunately, a cervical fracture of the spine has kept him out of action, and hence, out of all the hype surrounding the 10th anniversary. But, while he cannot compete, many will wonder why he still can't appear. The reason for his potential absence is simple, he hasn't been advertised for the event.
Leading up to the event, only Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods have been featured in the promotional graphics for The New Day's 10th anniversary. Although Big E's absence is not confirmed, it is something worth noting. Additionally, with tensions rising between Woods and Kofi, it might be wise for the former WWE Champion to stay away.
Of course, ideally, he would keep his distance, as there is always a potential risk of aggravating his injury. But, knowing E, he will want to be there for the event. Besides, at this point, this is nothing more than speculation.
The New Day had quite the bust-up last night on RAW
Despite the upcoming celebrations, as mentioned earlier, tensions are high within The New Day. Both Xavier Woods and Kofi Kingston are not seeing eye-to-eye, and it is not only affecting their chemistry in the ring but their chemistry outside of it as well. Case in point, the very public and televised bust-up they had last night on RAW after their loss to The Alpha Academy.
As they left the ring, both men were in the midst of a heated argument, and this continued backstage. There appears to be a total breakdown between the two in all facets, especially communication. After all, the two traded verbal blows, with each throwing insults that were both personal and unnecessary.
Safe to say, all eyes will be on Kofi and Woods next week at the 10th anniversary. Will they be able to put aside their differences and embrace the occasion? Or will this internal dispute continue? Only time will tell.
