WWE News: Bobby Lashley and Braun Strowman to challenge Deleters of Worlds for Raw Tag-Team Titles?
What's the story?
Matt Hardy and Bray Wyatt may have only just won the vacated Raw Tag-Team Titles by defeated The Bar at the Greatest Royal Rumble event but it looks like they might not hold on to them long as a seemingly unstoppable tag-team could be forming to challenge them.
In case you didn't know...
Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn's move to Monday Night Raw hasn't really paid off for the duo so far.
The last we saw of them both on Monday Nights they were getting absolutely demolished by the team of Braun Strowman and Bobby Lashley.
The heart of the matter
It seems that Lashley enjoyed teaming up with The Monster Among Men so much that he's looking to do it again, and the recently returned WWE Superstar already has his eyes set on the Raw-Tag Team Titles.
Interestingly, Strowman and a child named Nicholas were the previous Raw Tag-Team Champions before Hardy and Wyatt won the belts, but had to vacate them due to Nicholas' education clashing with the WWE schedule.
Quite whether or not Lashley can convince Strowman that after all of that he actually does, in fact, need a tag-team partner is another question entirely, but it seems that at the very least Strowman himself is considering it.
What's next?
If Strowman does decide he wants to win back the Raw Tag-Team Titles he vacated, and replace Nicholas with Lashley, there's every chance that they will be the most dominant tag-team in the WWE.
I love the Deleters of Worlds but even I can't envisage them getting the better of the team of Lashley and Strowman, especially fresh off of Strowman's monumental victory in the Greatest Royal Rumble Match.
Author's take
Personally, I don't think that anyone can replace Nicholas. Sure, Lashley is strong and athletic, but Nicholas was the brains behind Strowman.
