Braun Strowman to return on RAW with new character and align himself with top WWE stable? Potential direction explored

WWE Superstar Braun Strowman has been away from the ring since the September 30 edition of RAW. He suffered a torn groin during his Last Monster Standing match against Bronson Reed on the show.

The Monster Among Men won the match, thanks to Seth Rollins' interference. However, Braun Strowman's injury would keep him away from action for some time. The former champion could return as a member of a top stable in WWE with a new character. The group in question is The Wyatt Sicks, with whom Strowman has a storied past.

Strowman was part of The Wyatt Family during his first run. In 2015, he made his main roster debut, joining the late Bray Wyatt, Erick Rowan, and Luke Harper in the eerie stable. Outside the ring, he was close to Bray (Windham Rotunda).

Strowman could show up with a new character as part of The Wyatt Sicks, as he has arguably failed to gain momentum in his recent run. If he portrays a mysterious character upon his arrival, The Monster Among Men can rise through the ranks in WWE.

The Wyatt Sicks comprise Uncle Howdy (Bo Dallas), Dexter Lumis, Erick Rowan, Joe Gacy, and Nikki Cross. Speaking to a reporter at a NASCAR event on October 20, Strowman even teased combining forces with the faction. The former champion said he might get involved with the Wyatts one day.

"For Windham's legacy, to be able to carry on, Taylor [Bo Dallas] representing and stuff like that, and who knows, the monster might mix back up and come home one day," Strowman said. [1:10 – 1:17]

Braun Strowman can elevate The Wyatt Sicks to a whole new level while they feud with The Final Testament on RAW. Both factions are expected to go to war on the road to Survivor Series: WarGames. Hence, Strowman might return to WWE, increasing the hype surrounding the impending showdown.

Braun Strowman enjoys watching The Wyatt Sicks in WWE

The former WWE Universal Champion recently lavished praise on The Wyatt Sicks. Strowman said he enjoyed watching Bo Dallas continue the legacy of Bray Wyatt as Uncle Howdy.

"It's awesome. It fills my heart. At the end of the day, Windham was so special in what he was able to portray with the character Bray on the TV. It was unfortunately cut short but, like I said, him being able to have his brother represent, carry on the legacy, continue the storyline that they're doing, all the hard work that he's put into it, it's so exciting," Strowman said at a NASCAR event. The eerie group feuded with American Made upon its arrival and is currently looking to teach The Final Testament a lesson. Uncle Howdy and his allies even kidnapped The Miz on the October 28 edition of Monday Night RAW. Last week, Miz was seen in a video with Bo Dallas.

It will be interesting to see how The Miz escapes the clutches of The Wyatt Sicks and whether Braun Strowman makes his way to the mysterious group.
