Brock Lesnar babyface turn, WCW champ on Sting's performance, big honour for DDP, Roddy Piper
- Sports Illustrated has an article here looking back at WrestleMania 31 with comments from Jim Ross, Jake "The Snake" Roberts and Diamond Dallas Page. JR said that Brock Lesnar is "one or two creative wrinkles away" from becoming the top babyface in the company and that people want to cheer him. DDP also discussed Sting's performance at WrestleMania last night.
"Sting did a hell of a job," said Page. "Going out and doing twenty minutes at 'Mania when you haven't done a big show in thirteen years? He delivered, and then all the other guys got involved and you have all the bells and whistles."
- Speaking of DDP, the Cauliflower Alley Club (CAC) will honor him with an unprecedented two awards at their 50th annual event. Page will be the first recipient in history to be presented two awards as he will be awarded the 2015 Jason Sanderson Humanitarian Award as well as the 2015 Men's Wrestling Award. Presenting him the awards at the Gold Coast Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas on April 14th will be Roberts and Dusty Rhodes. Page was also interviewed by CAC Radio, where he discussed his DDP character, wrestlers who inspired him, his multiple injuries, creating DDP YOGA and more. - Grind House Comics announced the release of Rowdy Roddy Piper - Monster Killer, a graphic novel about Piper's life, mission, and the way he's been secretly saving humanity for the past 30 years.
