Brock Lesnar challenges John Cena for a rematch, says he is not carrying two titles
“I came, I saw, I kicked your (John Cena’s) butt”. That was the message Brock Lesnar sent out to the former WWE World Heavyweight champion, John Cena. The 15 time world champion was dominated by the beast incarnate, and by the end of the night, Cena couldn’t even walk out of the arena on his own two feet.
Conquerer of The Undertaker and John Cena in the same year
After conquering The Undertaker’s undefeated streak at WrestleMania earlier this year, the youngest WWE champion set his sights on the WWE World Heavyweight championship, and had told the leader of CeNation that he would annihilate him at SummerSlam – a promise he fulfilled just 12 hours ago.
The fans couldn’t believe their eyes when Brock Lesnar delivered 16 German suplexes to the former champion, and with a thunderous F – 5 and a smirk on his face, Lesnar dethroned the face of the WWE and became the new WWE World Heavyweight champion, his first championship run in the organization after more than a decade!
After the PPV, Brock and Paul Heyman were spotted by TMZ while they made their way out of the Morton’s restaurant in Los Angeles. Below is the video where Brock Lesnar spoke about unifying the WWE World Heavyweight title, and also sent out a message to John Cena.
Brock Lesnar -- The NEW Champ is Here
Says he is getting started and challenges Cena again
It is also interesting to note that during the course of the video, the former UFC Heavyweight champion spoke about what was left for him to do in the company, and said that he was just getting started. With Lesnar doing the unthinkable by beating The Undertaker at WrestleMania, and then destroying John Cena last night at SummerSlam, one has to wonder what Lesnar was talking about. Also, with Heyman by his side, his run as the WWE World Heavyweight champion will be an interesting one to say the least.
Rumors have been making rounds about Lesnar being the champion until next year’s WrestleMania, and even the legendary Hulk Hogan expressed his interest in fighting Brock Lesnar for the gold in his last match! It is obvious that Lesnar has generated more interest than any other superstar in the past couple of years, except for Daniel Bryan, who also expressed his interest in wrestling Lesnar once he regains complete strength and is medically cleared to wrestle. Also, Lesnar challenged Cena to get in the ring with him once again and get the beating of a lifetime whenever he wants to!
With Lesnar dethroning Cena and becoming the face of the WWE, no one knows what will happen as the beast has destroying everyone that dared to step in his way. Will Lesnar unify the two titles tonight on Monday Night RAW? We will have to wait a few more hours to find out.
