Brock Lesnar vs Big Show vibes again; career-threatening spot? - 3 things most likely to get wrecked during Bronson Reed vs Braun Strowman on WWE Raw
Chaos will break loose on RAW tonight as Braun Strowman and Big Bronson Reed collide in a titanic clash. General Manager, Adam Pearce, officially confirmed the match on Instagram after Reed cost Strowman a massive Intercontinental Title shot last week.
The two behemoths have no love lost between them. A couple of weeks ago, Reed crushed Strowman with a Tsunami onto a car in a brutal parking lot brawl. Last week, the Australian star put The Monster of All Monsters through the announce table with a diving splash.
Considering the collateral damage already witnessed, the WWE Universe can expect the two fierce rivals to wreak considerable havoc on RAW.
#3. A massive superplex causes the ring to implode
The combined weight of Braun Strowman and Bronson Reed exceeds 320 kg. Therefore, the canvas will have difficulty withstanding the gigantic frames of these two heavyweights.
However, the ring will surely implode if either man executes a superplex. There is precedent to this proposed spot. In June 2003, Brock Lesnar superplexed Big Show from the top rope, causing a ring implosion.
Triple H could replicate that iconic spot with Strowman and Reed again, especially if WWE wants to book a no-contest.
#2. Another backstage brawl results in the destruction of an ambulance
Braun Strowman's monstrous rise and trail of destruction in April 2017 following WrestleMania 33 was universally praised. In addition to destroying the ring with Big Show, The Monster of All Monsters also flipped over an ambulance with Roman Reigns inside.
Bronson Reed is on a similar path. One effective way of putting him over is by replicating the infamous ambulance spot. The fight could spill over to the backstage area, where the former NXT North American Champion could severely injure Strowman.
The injuries would force the paramedics to take the former Universal Champion to the hospital in an ambulance. Unfortunately, during the loading procedure, Reed could inflict more damage by locking Strowman inside and flipping the vehicle over.
#1. Braun Strowman puts Bronson Reed through the stage with a powerslam on RAW
It seems as if Bronson Reed has gotten the better of Braun Strowman in their recent exchanges. However, the tide could shift painfully on RAW.
The Monster of All Monsters, fed up with his rival, could take matters to an extreme level by driving Reed through the stage with a colossal running powerslam. This is a career-threatening spot as the margin of error is minimal with disastrous implications, especially if they land awkwardly.
Needless to say, destroying the stage will top all the carnage both men have already caused. This will raise the stakes and hype for their final clash.
