CM Punk injured after attack on RAW, tweets picture of the same

WWE Superstar CM Punk recently suffered a head injury at MITB after a ladder was pushed against him repeatedly by Paul Heyman. Punk also tweeted pictures of the same.

If that was not enough, he was attacked brutally on RAW this week by Brock Lesnar and Paul Heyman, and it was reported that Punk had suffered a concussion.

Punk tweeted this picture recently showing the extent of the injury to his leg.
