Cody Rhodes to start new faction to face The Bloodline after Randy Orton injury? Exploring the potential

Cody Rhodes is heading into SummerSlam to face Solo Sikoa with quite a disadvantage immediately, as Randy Orton and Kevin Owens are likely out injured. Now, facing the Bloodline, the champion is shorthanded and could use some help.

Another team has been left alone after their faction was seemingly quietly disbanded. There are rumors that Bobby Lashley's time in WWE is at an end and he will be let go. While fans are waiting for an official confirmation of the fact that he's no longer on the internal roster, The Street Profits, with whom he'd teamed, suddenly don't have anything to do.

Over the last two weeks, Kevin Owens and Randy Orton were both badly hurt while Cody Rhodes was forced to watch by the Bloodline. Orton needed to be helped out of the arena while apparently injured. Rhodes needs some help, and at this time, it appears that aligning with the Street Profits would make the most sense for him.

The star is still trying to gain a foothold over the dominance the new Bloodline has established, something that he's failed to do time and again - especially after the arrival of Jacob Fatu.

Teaming with Montez Ford and Angelo Dawkins would give him an advantage, while still leaving him outnumbered.

Cody Rhodes, Randy Orton, and Kevin Owens have been caught in the middle of a Bloodline power struggle

Cody Rhodes has found himself dealing with issue after issue since Roman Reigns left the company. Be it the betrayal by AJ Styles, or Solo Sikoa's focus on him, he's become the pawn Sikoa is trying to use to prove himself as the next Tribal Chief.

The star wants to hold the same title that Roman did and is willing to destroy Cody Rhodes, Randy Orton, and Kevin Owens to get his way. The cost may seem too high for the stars, but with the arrival of Jacob Fatu, they have been unstoppable. The return of Roman Reigns may be one of the only things that can help Rhodes right now.
