Could "Legacy Fights" be the way forward for Brock Lesnar?

There's a very high possibility that Brock Lesnar is going to lose his match at WrestleMania against Seth Rollins(keeping in mind all the momentum that Seth has generated recently). In many ways, it makes perfect sense as well for the Beast Incarnate to move on from the title picture because his presence (or the lack of it) has really caused a loss of interest in the Universal Championship.

Brock's contract, which is public knowledge by now, dictates him getting paid on the basis of the number of appearances he makes and because of this, we have seen him appear even fewer times than before. In Seth Rollins, WWE has a credible main eventer who can carry the belt but what it also does is create an opportunity as well for WWE. Because of Brock's contract, WWE tends to use Brock sporadically which makes him a perfect candidate to be used in what is called the "Legacy Fights".

One instance of a Legacy Fight happening right now is the feud between Triple H and Batista. Batista is being used in a sporadic manner and he would be part of the roster for a limited period of time in which he'll have a "Dream Feud" of sorts and then leave. It won't be a far cry to suggest that Lesnar has reached a legendary status when it comes to WWE. He is arguably one of the most dominant Wrestlers of all time and achieved all that needs to be achieved.

If WWE can only use him sporadically then booking him in dream feuds against wrestlers the viewers would just love to see would be a great way to book him, especially after taking the Championship off him.
