WWE News: 'Crazy' Mary Dobson might debut as Sister Abigail
Rumour has it that The Wyatt Family will finally be joined by their beloved 'Sister Abigail' soon.
WWE announced on Wednesday that three new names had signed with them and one of the three wrestlers is a young lady known on the indie circuit as 'Crazy' Mary Dobson.
In the official press release, WWE announced that Dobson, 23, has five years of professional wrestling experience under her belt and has toured the U.S, Canada, Mexico, Europe and even Japan.
Her prefix 'Crazy' is due to her horror and gore-like gimmick which, from the looks of it, she pulls off rather smoothly and has already done the same in NXT.
The 'scream queen' is known to enter the arena in a Jason Vorhees mask, some face paint and non-identical contacts which gives her a very horror-loving, deranged look.
‘Crazy’ Mary already has a perfect gimmick in place to make her debut in the WWE as the yet unseen Sister Abigail.
Not long ago Bray Wyatt tweeted a cryptic message.
'Abby' here, is an obvious reference to Sister Abigail and as you can see, there is also a picture attached which shows a silhouette of a woman in the woods. The signs sure indicate that the character of 'Sister Abigail' might finally see the light and this might just happen soon. Back in January, it was reported that Sister Abigail was finally set to make her on-air debut but things didn't pan out as they were supposed to and the plan was shelved for some time.
Even Mika Rotunda, Bray Wyatt's & Bo Dallas' real-life sister was considered for the role but unfortunately didn't end up being signed by the WWE.
Mary Dobson has been a hit in the independent wrestling circuits like ICW, AIW and is known as a 'deathmatch' specialist and you can watch one of her inter-gender matches at ICW below.
After her signing her developmental deal with WWE in August it looks like she is finally getting her due credit. We are now waiting with bated breath to finally see Bray unite with his long lost Abigail.
