Current champion; long-term stable member? - 5 WWE stars who could turn heel after Kevin Owens

Kevin Owens turned heel last month at WWE Bad Blood in Atlanta, Georgia. The veteran was not in action at the premium live event but attacked Cody Rhodes in the parking lot. The American Nightmare and Roman Reigns defeated The Bloodline's Solo Sikoa and Jacob Fatu in the main event of Bad Blood last month.

Owens has since turned his attention to Randy Orton and hit The Viper with a Piledriver this past Friday night on SmackDown. Orton was taken out of the arena in an ambulance following The Prizefighter's attack. KO's actions have been questionable lately, but he may have inspired other talents to turn heel as well.

Listed below are five stars who could turn heel after Kevin Owens:

#5. Tommaso Ciampa could finally snap on WWE SmackDown

Tommaso Ciampa and Johnny Gargano are currently in a tag team on SmackDown known as #DIY. Gargano was spotted backstage congratulating Motor City Machine Guns on capturing the WWE Tag Team Championship this past Friday night on the blue brand.

Ciampa was livid at his tag team partner for being cordial with the champions and said that they needed to focus on getting the titles back. The former NXT Champion then defeated Pretty Deadly on his own on SmackDown and refused to tag Johnny Gargano into the match. The 39-year-old could be growing tired of teaming with Johnny Wrestling and may be planning on betraying the veteran in the weeks ahead.

#4. LA Knight may decide to turn heel to remain United States Champion on SmackDown

LA Knight successfully defended the United States Championship against Andrade and Carmelo Hayes in a Triple Threat Match at WWE Crown Jewel. The Megastar captured the title from Logan Paul at SummerSlam and has had an impressive title reign so far.

Knight may become obsessed with keeping the United States Championship on SmackDown and could resort to becoming a heel to get an advantage. The 42-year-old could begin cheating in his matches to retain the title, or perhaps join an established heel faction so he could have stars interfere during his title defenses.

#3. Seth Rollins could turn heel following his rivalry with Bronson Reed

Seth Rollins and Bronson Reed have been involved in a rivalry for months on WWE RAW. The Visionary defeated Reed in a singles match at Crown Jewel, but the former North American Champion got his revenge by attacking Rollins during the main event Fatal Four-Way Match in last week's episode.

The former World Heavyweight Champion may become resentful following his rivalry with Bronson Reed and could turn heel for his feud against CM Punk. Rollins and The Second City Saint had a confrontation last month on RAW following Punk's victory over Drew McIntyre at Bad Blood.

#2. Bianca Belair could betray Jade Cargill after the duo lose the Women's Tag Team Championship

Bianca Belair and Jade Cargill won the Women's Tag Team Championship by defeating The Unholy Union (Alba Fyre and Isla Dawn) at Bash in Berlin, and have been dominant during their second title reign so far. However, Liv Morgan suggested that the only reason they were still together was because they were the champions during this past Monday's episode of RAW.

The EST might secretly be annoyed at being stuck in a tag team with Jade Cargill and may decide to turn her back on the former AEW star if they lose the titles. Belair and Cargill could then begin a rivalry against each other, with their storyline culminating in a potential dream match at WrestleMania 41 next year in Las Vegas.

#1. Xavier Woods may finally betray Kofi Kingston

The New Day's Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods have not been on the same page in recent weeks on WWE RAW. Despite their differences, General Manager Adam Pearce recently shared that an entire upcoming episode of the red brand would be dedicated to The New Day to celebrate their 10th anniversary.

Woods has been frustrated with the faction's lack of success in the company lately and could see the tribute episode of RAW as the perfect time to betray his stablemate. The 38-year-old may decide to begin his journey as a singles star by attacking Kofi Kingston in the weeks ahead.
