Did Drew McIntyre get inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame? Exploring what we know
Drew McIntyre is on the verge of making history. On Saturday night, he will have the honor of performing in front of his countrymen in Glasgow, Scotland. With his eye on the World Heavyweight Championship, The Scottish Warrior will take on Damian Priest at Clash at the Castle. But that's not the only honor he has received, as he was recently inducted into the Hall of Fame.
To clarify, this isn't the WWE Hall of Fame we are talking about. Last night, Drew McIntyre was officially inducted into the Scottish Wrestling Hall of Fame as a member of the Class of 2024. While he is the only inductee in the class, he joins other Scottish wrestling greats like George Kidd, Drew McDonald, and Ian Campbell, among others. But that's not the only thing that makes it special.
Drew McIntyre's induction, in particular, is incredibly historic. After all, he is the only active wrestler to be inducted into the Scottish Hall of Fame.

To say that McIntyre is deserving of this achievement would be an understatement. He is one of the best wrestlers in WWE and the world. This will surely be a milestone that he looks back on with a sense of pride when he is all said and done with his career.
Drew McIntyre has the ideal setting at Clash at the Castle
Apart from performing in Scotland, Drew McIntyre could not have asked for a better setting for his championship match. The Scottish Warrior is desperate to become the World Heavyweight Champion. However, Damian Priest, the current champion, stands in his way, and usually along with Priest comes the nuisance that is The Judgment Day. Fortunately, McIntyre will not have to worry about that.
On the last episode of RAW, McIntyre was faced with a tall task. He had to face Finn Balor in the main event, but it was not without reason. If he won, he would have The Judgment Day barred from ringside at Clash at the Castle. Well, he did just that. Despite several attempts from the group to prevent it from happening, McIntyre was victorious over Balor, making things that much easier for his match against The Archer of Infamy.
The Clash at the Castle has become more interesting thanks to McIntyre's win. He is sure to have an exciting match in front of his home crowd.
