Dirty Dom pays for his crimes, two stars debut to confront champions? 4 predictions for The Judgment Day on WWE RAW tonightÂ
Tonight's episode of WWE Monday Night RAW is set to be an exciting affair. Unquestionably, a major part of the show is likely to be dominated by one of the top factions in all of wrestling: The Judgment Day.
The Judgment Day is a stable that was first created in 2022 but looks completely different in 2024. The current members include Rhea Ripley, Damian Priest, Finn Balor, JD McDonagh, and Dominik Mysterio. Carlito is also looking to join the stable and regularly hangs around.
The group is in an interesting place right now. There is a lot of drama and tension, but also a lot of championship gold. Balor and McDonagh are the World Tag Team Champions, and Damian Priest is the current World Heavyweight Champion.
With a lot of tension, a handful of titles, and some major stories, the heel stable is likely to play a huge role on tonight's RAW. This article will see a handful of predictions regarding what the stable may do on tonight's episode of the red brand.
Below are four predictions for The Judgment Day on WWE RAW tonight:
#4. Liv Morgan vs. Rhea Ripley will be announced for SummerSlam
Rhea Ripley is back on WWE TV! The Nightmare has been on the bench since April 2024, thanks to an injury that forced Ripley to give up the Women's World Championship. That injury was caused by Liv Morgan.
To make matters worse, Liv started what she calls the Liv Morgan Revenge Tour. That included injuring Rhea, but it also featured numerous other big moves. The most notable is The Miracle Kid winning the Women's World Championship from Becky Lynch.
Now that Rhea is back on television, she is gunning for Morgan. An official match between the two could be announced tonight. It likely will be set up for the upcoming SummerSlam Premium Live Event, with the Women's World Championship on the line.
#3. Two stars will join WWE and confront Finn Balor and JD McDonagh
The tag team title scene in WWE has picked up. The Unified RAW and SmackDown Tag Team Titles were split up and re-named earlier this year, and now both brands have their own set of champions.
The current World Tag Team Champions on RAW are JD McDonagh and Finn Balor. The pair defeated The Awesome Truth to win the gold a few weeks ago. Now the Irish stars need new competition, and it could come from The Motor City Machine Guns.
The popular tag team is comprised of Chris Sabin and Alex Shelley. There have been rumors that the pair may join World Wrestling Entertainment in the coming days. If that's the case, they could make a surprise debut on RAW and challenge the reigning champions to a future title match.
#2. The Eradicator will dump Dominik Mysterio on RAW
As noted, Liv Morgan has been doing everything she can to get "revenge" on Rhea Ripley. Since capturing the Women's World Title, The Miracle Kid has been attempting to seduce Mami's Latino Heat, Dominik Mysterio.
It appears that Morgan has been successful, as the two were seemingly about to kiss in the middle of the ring after teaming together last week. However, they were interrupted by a returning Rhea Ripley.
Ripley will open tonight's episode of RAW, and there is a very real possibility that The Eradicator will dump Dominik Mysterio. Dirty Dom hasn't moved away from Liv despite repeated reminders by Damian Priest, and he could ultimately pay the price for his actions on RAW tonight.
#1. Damian Priest and Gunther's confrontation will get physical
Damian Priest is set to defend his World Heavyweight Title against Gunther at The Biggest Party of The Summer in Cleveland, Ohio, next month.
Ahead of their showdown, The Archer of Infamy and the reigning King of the Ring will be going face-to-face on tonight's episode of the flagship show. Both men are powerhouses with inflated egos. As a result, the two may engage in a brawl to whet the appetite of fans ahead of their encounter at SummerSlam 2024.
