SmackDown to go live?

– In recent times, WWE has seen its RAW and Smackdown ratings in tatters, Some of the shows have had the lowest ever ratings and audiences. WWE needs a permanent fix as many of the fans feel the product has gone stale and there are not enough interesting storylines. The creative team is the one facing all the criticism regarding this issue. There has been a strong rumour that Smackdown might go live instead of being taped a day after RAW.

Jerry ‘the King’ Lawler spoke at the New York Comic Con on October 9th, 2015 and said that there is a possibility of Smackdown going live. Lawler who is a colour commentator on Smackdown spoke about his rivalry with Andy Kaufman and Smackdown’s possible network change. He revealed that there are big plans for Smackdown and that it is shifting to the USA Network next year, This also opened up the possibility of the show going live. Lawler revealed this in the interview.

“There’s going to be a lot of stuff going on on SmackDown, they’re getting ready to make that a really… because it’s coming back on USA. There’s a very good possibility in the near future thatSmackDown may be live.”

– The WWE 2K16 game is on the verge of being released. This has been the best and the most detailed game yet with an enormous roster. Paige will be appearing on TV to promote this game. It was confirmed that will appear on Conan on TBS, which is a talk show, to promote the video game as well as to promote the upcoming PPV event Hell in a Cell.

– Speaking of the 2K16 game, Austin has been the brand of the game, He has appeared on the cover and also some of the most detailed storylines in the game, such as his King of the Ring win. WWE released a latest ‘Book of Austin’ video. The latest chapter in the book is Austin 3:11. Fans would be utterly excited to see the unveiling of chapter 3:16. Check out the video below.
