Dominik Mysterio to help unexpected name on WWE RAW tonight? It's not Rhea Ripley!
Dominik Mysterio has established himself as someone who helps others win or retain their championship. He helped Damian Priest and Rhea Ripley retain their respective titles in the past and has aided Liv Morgan to win and retain the Women's World Championship on more than one occasion this year!
On tonight's episode of Monday Night RAW, Dirty Dom could extend his helping hand to Jey Uso during The YEET Master's Intercontinental Title match against Bron Breakker. The Judgment Day member could interfere in the match, causing the referee to declare Breakker the winner via DQ, which would help Jey retain the championship. But why would Dominik do that? Here's why!
Dominik Mysterio has claimed that Jey Uso has something that he wants, and it isn't Rhea Ripley. It's evident that Dirty Dom wants to challenge and dethrone Jey Uso. To fulfill that objective, it's imperative Breakker doesn't dethrone the 39-year-old on WWE RAW tonight. So, Mysterio could Jey retain the title, only to challenge the former Bloodline member later!
Furthermore, Dominik Mysterio stands a better chance at winning the Intercontinental Championship from Jey Uso than Bron Breakker. Currently, the former IC Champion isn't in a forgiving mood, and he will not take kindly to any challengers if he's successful in dethroning The YEET Master. That said, the angle is speculative at this point.
Dominik Mysterio gives his opinion about legends such as CM Punk and The Rock
Dirty Dom is known for running his mouth and then running into trouble. This time, he may have taken it further than he should have and targeted The Voice of The Voiceless and The Final Boss.
The Judgment Day member is tired of the "old heads," who are coming in and trying to compete with the younger generation. The 27-year-old gave his opinion about the situation while speaking to Adam Barnard on Fountain Radio.
"Honestly, I’m just tired of these old heads thinking they can hang and come in here with this younger generation. I don’t even want to speak for everyone else. I’m speaking for just myself. At the end of the day, I’m my own person. I’m the greatest Mysterio of all time. These old heads want to come in and get it; they all can. CM Punk, The Rock, don’t matter. They’re just mad because they don’t have hair, and I have the best hair and the best mustache," he said.
Apart from Dominik Mysterio potentially wanting the Intercontinental Championship from Jey Uso, the Stamford-based promotion might have plans to set-up a feud between Seth Rollins and Dirty Dom.
