Five Superstars Who Should Have Moved In The Superstar Shake-Up

The Superstar Shake-Up is finished, but did it get everything right?
The Superstar Shake-Up is finished, but did it get everything right?

The WWE Superstar Shake-Up is in the history books and it has been a very interesting couple of days. Raw has pretty much raided the whole Smackdown mid-card, bringing in over 20 new stars including the NXT call-ups, while Smackdown has, once again, went for quality over quantity by clearing out some of the deadwood and replacing it with some high-quality Superstars.

Of course, though, the jury is still out on whether this year's Shake-up was a success, but for the most part, it has been better received than last year's show. There are always, however, going to be some superstars who didn't get the move that they needed, and who will now have to potentially wait another year to get that much-needed change of scenery.

Let's take a look at five superstars who should have moved during this week's Superstar Shake-Up.

#5 The Revival

The Revival are in need of a reset

to be refreshed

It seems hard to remember now, but this time last year, fans had high expectations for The Revival. The former NXT tag champs were one of the hottest tag team acts in the business, and when they defeated The New Day on their main roster debut, fans felt optimistic that their NXT hot-streak would continue into the WWE.

Then the injuries hit, and the two men were forced off television. Since their return, they have been booked appallingly. The team has been jobbed out on several occasions and have zero momentum behind them on Monday nights.

A move to Smackdown would have given the company a chance to press reset on The Revival. There are plenty of talented teams on Smackdown who could get the best out of them, and given that The Ascension has been sent to Raw, there is only room for one extremely talented tag-team who are forced to play jobbers, on each show.
