5 Superstars who need to turn heel or face after WrestleMania 34

Once the dust has settled in New Orleans, which superstars will be in need of a freshen up?

WrestleMania season is one of the best times in the WWE calendar. Excitement is at an all-time high and the product has more eyes on it than usual.

WrestleMania 34 is only a matter of weeks away now, and the excitement is tangible. Once the dust has settled in New Orleans though, the WWE will have to work hard, as usual, to keep those casual fans invested.

The Raw after WrestleMania is often one of the best times of the year in the WWE, and the company often use the following weeks after the flagship PPV to press reset a little bit and make some huge changes for the coming year. With a Superstar Shake-up being mentioned on this week's Raw by Sheamus and Cesaro, it seems to safe to assume the WWE is planning to mix things up again.

Another way the company like to shake things up after WrestleMania is to change some of the characters around and turn some superstars either heel or face, in an attempt to give them a push in a quieter time of year.

There are several WWE Superstars who are currently in need of a change, so let's take a look at five superstars who need to turn either heel or face after WrestleMania 34.

#5 Rusev

Let's get the most obvious one of the way first, shall we? Rusev is one of the most over Superstars on the WWE roster right now and it's only so long that the WWE can keep ignoring the 'Rusev Day' chants at every single WWE event and keep the Bulgarian Brute away from a meaningful program.

Rusev's face turn is just waiting to happen, and the fact that he is partnered with the heelish Aiden English means it really wouldn't be too difficult to execute. Having English turn on Rusev could set in motion Rusev's face turn, and a mini-feud between the duo before Rusev moves over to bigger and better things.

Partnering Rusev back up with Lana and having him enter the US title scene, which is currently stacked with talent, would be a great way to capitalise on his current popularity.
