Former world champion quits, major contract expires - 4 mistakes that Adam Pearce has made on WWE RAW that could lead to him being fired

Triple H brought back a classic WWE staple last year that actually helped freshen up the product. He reintroduced the concept of a General Manager. This gave the shows an authority figure who can serve as the face of a brand.

All three of the company's brands have a unique General Manager. Ava runs NXT with Robert Stone working as her second. Meanwhile, Nick Aldis rules Friday Night SmackDown. Lastly, long-time official Adam Pearce watches over Monday Night RAW.

While Ava and Nick seem to have relative control over their respective shows, Adam Pearce does not. In fact, there have been several incidents recently that could ultimately serve as a reason for Triple H to dismiss the wrestling veteran from his authoritative role.

This article will take a look at several events that have gone down as of late that could have a negative effect on Pearce's career and could even lead to the veteran being fired. This includes a star quitting, a contract expiring, and brutal assault.

Below are four mistakes that Adam Pearce has made on WWE RAW that could lead to him being fired.

#4. Adam Pearce couldn't avoid the brutality of The Wyatt Sicks

The Wyatt Sicks is WWE's newest faction and it may be the most dangerous. Uncle Howdy is the leader of the group and he's allegedly joined by Erick Rowan, Nikki Cross, Joe Gacy, and Dexter Lumis.

The group made their official debut during Monday Night RAW this week. The five stars spooked the audience and left a vicious massacre in the backstage area with numerous wrestlers and staff left brutalized and bloody.

The warnings from Uncle Howdy have been around for weeks now and Adam Pearce failed to prepare for their impending arrival. Triple H may blame Pearce for not having enough security and help on hand and ultimately fire Adam for his failure.

#3. He let RAW's Becky Lynch's contract expire

Becky Lynch is one of the most decorated female performers in wrestling history. In fact, an argument could be made that she's the biggest name in WWE women's wrestling history. Given that she has main evented WrestleMania and ruled the ring for over half a decade, there's reason to believe that.

Unfortunately, The Man isn't on television right now. Rumors have said that her contract was set to expire and now the belief is that her deal has lapsed. In theory, this makes The Man a free agent with no contractual ties to WWE.

Provided Adam Pearce didn't sign something with Becky privately, losing The Man is a big blow to Monday Night RAW and potentially World Wrestling Entertainment as a whole. The Game would surely be furious that his General Manager couldn't keep the former WrestleMania headliner a member of the red brand.

#2. He is unable to control Bron Breakker

Bron Breakker is the future of WWE and one of the brightest prospects in all of pro wrestling. He is a powerhouse with explosive speed and unmatched intensity. While on NXT, Bron held tag team gold and the prized NXT Championship.

Since joining the red brand, The Big Bad Booty Nephew has been a menace. He brutally destroyed NXT Level Up star Kale Dixon and began jumping talent backstage. Most recently, the WWE RAW star decimated Ricochet and the high flyer may never return to the brand.

Adam Pearce has tried to fine and verbally berate Bron in the past, but nothing seems to work. Triple H may believe that this behavior could have been avoided had Pearce been better in his role as an authority figure and ultimately boot the former NWA Worlds Heavyweight Champion.

#1. Pearce failed to stop Drew McIntyre from quitting WWE

WWE Monday Night RAW had several shocking moments. The aforementioned debut of The Wyatt Sicks left fans in disbelief. The audience was also shocked to see Seth Rollins make an unadvertised return.

Another major surprise was Drew McIntyre seemingly quitting WWE. He had a microphone and began to discuss the events of Clash at the Castle Scotland where he was screwed by CM Punk, but ultimately gave up and announced he was done with the promotion.

There is a very real chance that Triple H will blame Adam Pearce for this. CM Punk is a RAW star and Drew McIntyre is as well. It is up to Pearce to make them coexist in some way, shape, or form, and clearly, he failed at that. His failure could lead to his dismissal, especially if they can't talk Drew into returning.
