Former WWE champion is the real winner of The New Day's breakup; it isn't Kofi Kingston or Xavier Woods
A certain WWE Superstar is the real winner in The New Day's breakup. It is safe to say that the faction is no longer the same.
While Woods may look like a winner of this breakup, the actual winner of this all is Karrion Kross. In this article, we will explore the reason why. So without further ado, let's begin:
The former WWE NXT Champion saw this coming a long time ago
Karrion Kross tried his best to lure Woods into joining him a few months ago but failed. He tried to help Woods understand that his best chance to grab the proverbial 'brass ring' was away from The New Day.
While the former WWE King of the Ring winner didn't understand it back then, he could now. This could make Kross a dangerous visionary going forward which could help him become a threat to the WWE RAW roster.
This breakup could make Karrion Kross a powerhouse on RAW
The Final Testament is already a group of five dangerous people. The addition of The Miz recently has made the group more cunning. The A-lister was also a superstar who was lured in by Kross to join his stable.
The New Day breakup could be a golden opportunity for the former NXT Champion. This scenario could allow him to be a dangerous manipulator. This skill could eventually push him up to the main event scene. One of the reasons why Roman Reigns' Tribal Chief gimmick was a success was the way he manipulated people over the years. Kross could use the same trick to climb up the ladder.
Multiple factions could be in danger
The life of a WWE Superstar is filled with ups and downs. At one point, they are living life at the top, however, the majority of the time, they are at the mid-card or bottom. Kross could use this as an opportunity to break teams up and recruit them.
There are many superstars in other factions that aren't at their full potential currently. Carlito and Otis are a few names that come to mind. Karrion Kross can use their downtimes as a tool to lure them into The Final Testament and dominate the roster.
