Former WWE star disses Cena, WWE in Saudi Arabia, NXT and more

‘Tons Of Funk’

- The typically huge wrestler is always built as a monster, who wrecks through the entire roster to stamp his authority. However, It is a stark contrast to how Tyrus aka Brodus Clay was treated to during his stint with the WWE.

He was made to dance like a buffoon every week and in time was released by the WWE. For every jobless star that has worked in a WWE ring, TNA is always waiting with open arms just around the corner. They took Clay under their wings and rebranded him as Tyrus, the mammoth destroyer he is supposed to be. Although he was booked as a protector of Ethan Carter (EC3), an eventual split is evident.

TNA announced a Championship series to determine the new TNA World Champion and Tyrus has said he would not compete in it as he has decided to support EC3 due Carter’s his loss at Bound For Glory and the controversy surrounding Matt Hardy. He posted this video hyping up the series and the situation:

- It seems Tyrus is still sour when it comes to the WWE and its franchise player John Cena, as he was critical of Cena during an interaction with a fan on Reddit SquaredCircle. When a fan named ‘Cenafan’ complimented him on a video he posted, Tyrus replied and said ‘Cena sucks’. This comes after his comments on Cena when he said that the only thing that differentiates Cena and PN news is a push, to which many would agree. To watch the entire exchange click on this link.

- For what it’s worth, the WWE has deleted the fall-out video from NXT Takeover: Respect featuring Sasha Banks and Baley. Bayley and Banks shared some honest emotions, non-kayfabe thoughts in the video as Bayley called Banks the ‘best in the word’ to which Sasha admitted its tough to leave NXT but looks forward to having another encounter with Bayley again in the future.

- John Laurinaitis is the one spearheading the operations during the WWE’s tour in Saudi Arabia and he posted these tweets from a live event in Jeddah:

-  Ringside Collectibles’s Noelle Foley recently spoke with the WWE Intercontinental Champion Kevin Owens at the just concluded Ringside fest in New York City. In the video Owens is at his witty best as he jokes about Paige and telling Vince to fire her as soon as possible. Below is the video:
