From rivals to allies - 3 WWE superstars who can join Team Rhea Ripley at Survivor Series: WarGames
Recently, WWE fans saw a surprising event unfold when Rhea Ripley was beaten up in a parking lot on NXT. The ones responsible for this attack were Liv Morgan and her bodyguard, Raquel Rodriguez, who are sworn enemies of The Eradicator. Given the scene, it's safe to say the rivalry has been taken to a whole new level, with many wondering what could happen next.
Well, Rhea Ripley isn't one to take such beatings without retaliation. She will surely rise up from this, and as has been the case in the last few months, target Liv Morgan. But, this cat-and-mouse chase is slowly getting old, and the two will have to settle their differences one way or another. So with Survivor Series around the corner, why not settle things in WarGames?
Safe to say, Rhea Ripley will certainly be open to the idea. That being said, she only recently turned babyface and doesn't really have that many allies in her corner. Nevertheless, there will be those ready to step up and stick it to Liv Morgan, so here are three WWE superstars who could potentially join Team Ripley.
#3. Lyra Valkyria could use the spotlight right now
One of the major acquisitions for RAW in the 2024 WWE Draft was Lyra Valkyria, the former NXT Women's Champion. Known for her impressive offensive skills, the 28-year-old was considered a rising star in the Women's Division and reached the finals of the Queen of the Ring tournament.
Nevertheless, reaching the final of that tournament is Valkyria's most significant achievement on the main roster up to now. Following that, she has not been part of any major storylines and has only participated in collaborations with wrestlers such as Natalya, Zelina Vega, Katana Chance, and Kayden Carter. Valkyria would benefit from more attention at this moment, and teaming up with Rhea Ripley's group at Survivor Series: WarGames could provide that opportunity.
#2. Tiffany Stratton is keen to renew her partnership with Rhea Ripley
A couple of weeks ago on RAW, the WWE Universe was treated to an unexpected team-up, as Rhea Ripley and Tiffany Stratton joined forces to take on Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez. It was quite a sight and a partnership that neither woman will forget anytime soon. In fact, Ms. Money in the Bank seems keen on teaming up with The Eradicator again.
Stratton has been hinting at possibly allying with Ripley ever since the match. Given her current situation, there is certainly a chance. Many expect the Buff Barbie to betray Nia Jax soon, and when that does happen, she will need help. Perhaps she can offer Ripley her services at Survivor Series in return for her protection against the Irresistible Force.
#1. Becky Lynch returns and becomes Ripley's greatest ally
Perhaps the biggest trump card on Rhea Ripley's team should a WarGames match come to pass could be Becky Lynch. The Man and The Eradicator were once sworn enemies but settled their differences at WrestleMania 40. Since then, the two have never crossed paths, as Ripley was injured just a few nights after the event, and Lynch went on hiatus following a devastating loss on the RAW following the King and Queen of the Ring tournament.
But now, should Lynch return, the two could become each other's greatest ally. After all, they have a common enemy in Liv Morgan. Everyone knows that the Women's World Champion was the one who put Ripley out of action after WrestleMania and was on the opposite end of Lynch's loss on RAW. So with many eagerly anticipating The Man's return, she could make it a surprise at Survivor Series, working alongside her former rival.
