From the WWE Rumor Mill: Are The Singh Brothers on their way out of the WWE?
Mike Johnson of PWInsider is reporting that The Singh Brothers are potentially on their way out of the WWE after the events that took place on the latest epsiode of SmackDown Live.
Sunil and Samir Singh faced AJ Styles in a 2-on-1 handicap match on Tuesday, and even with the attack by Jinder Mahal before the match, they were not victorious. After the match, Jinder delivered The Khallas finisher on both brothers.
The attack appears to be a way to write The Singh Brothers off of television for the time being as Jinder prepares for his WWE Championship rematch against Styles at Clash Of The Champions on December 17th in Boston, Massachusetts.
Johnson noted that there were talks of The Singh Brothers being replaced by another duo to team with Jinder Mahal, but those talks quieted down over the past few months. It will be interesting to see if they do replace The Singh Brothers with another duo at the upcoming pay per view to cost AJ Styles the title.
The next episode of SmackDown Live takes place at the Valley View Casino Center in San Diego, California. It is very unlikely that the Singh Brothers will be by Jinder Mahal's side in San Diego.
Sunil and Samir Singh originally came into the WWE as the Bollywood Boys in the Cruiserweight Classic during the summer of 2016 and have wrestled as a team since 2006. They made their debut as Sunil and Samir on the April 18, 2017, edition of SmackDown Live when they assisted Jinder in becoming #1 contender for the WWE Championship.
