What's the story?

Kurt Angle stipulated that Braun Strowman needs a tag team partner when he faces The Bar at WrestleMania 34, this past week on RAW. According to a rumour that has surfaced on Cageside Seats, it may be a while before we do indeed find out who it may be.

According to the rumour, we will find out the identity of Braun Strowman's partner at WrestleMania. Therefore, the identity of the superstar will remain a surprise until that very moment.

In case you didn't know...

Braun Strowman won a Battle Royal to determine which team will go up against the WWE RAW Tag Team Champions, The Bar when WrestleMania 34 does indeed come around.

The problem with this situation was that he won the Battle Royal on his own, and as Kurt Angle reminded us recently, Strowman would need a tag team partner to challenge for the Tag Team titles.

The WWE Universe has been hard at work recently, speculating just who Braun Strowman's mystery partner could be.

The heart of the matter

There is always a surprise or two at WrestleMania. Last year, The Hardyz came out to challenge The Bar, Enzo & Cass and then-champions Gallows & Anderson out of nowhere and won the RAW Tag Team Championships. This rumour could actually indicate that Braun Strowman's tag team partner could be a totally unexpected name.

Some of the names that are being tossed around are Elias (a man that Braun Strowman has been feuding with, for a long time), Bobby Lashley (a man rumoured to return to the WWE, around this very time) and indeed even Sister Abigail (Bray Wyatt's alter ego and the leader of Strowman's former stable- the Wyatt Family).

What's next?

We believe there will be two more weeks of status quo before WrestleMania 34 comes around! At that point, we will find out who Braun Strowman's partner is. In all likelihood, Strowman and his partner will stand tall at WrestleMania.

Author's take

WWE has a chance to pull a rabbit out of the hat and create a dazzling WrestleMania moment. In a way, I'm glad that there will be a surprise at the show of shows!

Personally, I hope it's Bobby Lashley!
