From the WWE Rumor Mill: Original Plans For John Cena and Nikki Bella's wedding revealed

People.com has reported on the original plans of John Cena and Nikki Bella's much-hyped wedding which was supposed to take place on May 5th, 2018.

The wedding was unfortunately called off after the couple who has been together for the past six years decided to break up just days before their chosen wedding day.

In case you didn't know...

Nikki Bella and John Cena had been dating each other since 2012 and we planning to get married on the 5th of May, 2018 after the couple got engaged when Cena proposed marriage at Wrestlemania 33 after the two had won their match against Miz and Maryse.

The heart of the matter

As per what People.com has reported, the original plans of this grand wedding were rather elaborate and included the following

-The wedding was originally supposed to air in July on the season finale of Total Bellas.

- Nikki told People that she wanted to wear "something very classy, like classic and sexy" that would be inspired by Kate Middleton. Nikki said that her gown was a Marchesa.

- Nikki was in charge of most of the wedding planning but Cena had veto privileges if he didn’t agree with something.

- Brie was going to be the matron of honor.

– Nikki’s bachelorette party took place over a nine-day period back in March and it took place in Paris with Brie and her closest friends. Cena had no interest in a bachelor party.

What's next?

People.com has reported that even after calling off their engagement, Cena and Bella have been in constant touch and an unmentioned source has stated that they are likely to get back together once again.

It came as a shock when these two called off their wedding as the couple always seemed to be madly in love.

I do feel this might be a work for the upcoming season of Total Bellas.
