What's the Story?

Ronda Rousey's faceoffs at Madison Square Garden were a big part of her UFC career and the newest WWE superstar may have a chance to return to the venue as a WWE Supestar.

WWE is considering bringing in Rousey for an appearance at Madison Square Garden per PWInsider.

In case you didn't know...

Rousey was expected to by many to have a contract similar to Brock Lesnar's current deal, but the former UFC Champion has reiterated the notion that she wants to work full-time.

The heart of the matter

WWE confirmed that Rousey would be appearing on every Raw heading into WrestleMania 34, but her appearance at MSG would mark the first time in the years that Rousey has appeared at the arena in an official capacity.

One of Rousey's last big appearances was her staredown at UFC 207 in preperation for her fight against Amanda Nunes. Rousey would lose that fight in round via Technical Knockout and would retire from the sport afterwards.

The following is the card for WWE Live Road to WrestleMania Madison Square Garden and the superstars expected to appear:

Brock Lesnar(c) vs. Braun Strowman vs. Kane - Universal Championshio Match
The Bar(c) vs. Titus Worldwide vs. The New Day - Raw Tag Team Championships
AJ Styles & Shinsuke Nakamura vs. Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn
Finn Balor, Seth Rollins and Roman Reigs vs. The Miz & The Miztourage
John Cena & Nikki Bella vs. Elias & Bayley
Plus more of your favorite WWE Superstars Including Matt Hardy, Bray Wyatt, Alexa Bliss, Sasha Banks, Asuka

What's Next?

Rousey is scheduled to make her in-ring debut at WrestleMania 34, so her appearance at Madison Square Garden would more than likely be to hype up her rumored mixed tag team match with Kurt Angle against Stephanie McMahon and Triple H.

Author's Take

Rousey's determined work on a full-time basis and house show appearances are apart of the WWE experience, but the fact that she won't be wrestling means that it won't be that problematic if she doesn't show up.
