From the WWE Rumor Mill: WWE TLC may not have some big names
What's the story?
WWE TLC: Tables, Ladders and Chairs may be missing some big names as the advertisement for the event on WWE's website has omitted three names, specifically the current Universal Champion Brock Lesnar, Braun Strowman and John Cena.
In case you didn't know....
WWE is heading towards its first pay-per-view after Summerslam, with WWE No Mercy right around the corner.
The only other WWE Raw pay-per-view, before the last of the Big Four pay-per-views of the year, Survivor Series, is WWE TLC: Tables, Ladders and Chairs.
The heart of the matter
WWE has started advertising for TLC on their website, and among the featured superstars, as well as on the poster, three significant Raw stars seem to be missing.
John Cena, Strowman and Brock Lesnar have not been advertised for the event, and this may signify quite a few changes on Raw in the coming month. All the other major stars of Raw have been advertised for the event, including Reigns, Balor and Seth Rollins.
Brock Lesnar is set to face Braun Strowman for the title at No Mercy, and it seems like he is also missing from the card. This may mean that WWE is protecting the results of No Mercy, by not displaying either Brock and Strowman, and if the latter appears later, it will be with the Universal Title.
WWE advertisements are always subject to changes in the card and this may mean nothing, but there is a huge chance this signifies that Lesnar may lose his upcoming bout with Strowman.
Cena, on the other hand, may just be absent from the event due to the filming commitments that he has.
What's next?
The match between Brock and Strowman is all set for No Mercy as the two will face each other to decide who is the Universal Champion.
Cena is set to leave WWE for filming commitments after his match with Reigns at No Mercy, though he may be around for Survivor Series, with rumours that WWE is working to free him for the event so that he can face The Undertaker.

Author's take
WWE cards are always subject to change, especially with Vince in charge with his very well known and documented mercurial mood. This may mean nothing, but there is a huge chance that we may soon have a new Universal Champion in the form of Strowman while Brock Lesnar takes some time off.
