Goldust talks to TMZ about his father Dusty Rhodes, Roddy Piper calls Dusty a national treasure

“The American Dream”, Dusty Rhodes has passed away last Thursday at the age of 69. TMZ has an article regarding this and it included comments from Dusty’s elder son Goldust.

Goldust told that he owes everything to his father and said “my dad was my hero”. He also added that, “I am who I am because of him. He was an amazing man. My dad was the greatest man I’ve ever known.”

Goldust also told that his family was very upset with the sudden death of his father and also added that they were “thankful for the unbelievable amount of support they’ve received from around the world.” The website also posted a video of Roddy Piper. Piper calls Dusty a national treasure. He also recalls a story about smuggling a donkey into an apartment with Dusty.
