Hall of Famer to join Wyatt Sicks, top star to return after 9 years & cost Drew McIntyre? - 3 possibilities for RAW superstars in WWE

RAW Superstar Drew McIntyre finally took his revenge on CM Punk last SmackDown for costing him the World Championship at Clash at the Castle. The Scottish Warrior brutally assaulted Punk to the point that the former WWE Champion had to be carried out in an ambulance.

He is now set to face Sheamus and Ijja Dragunov next week on RAW in an MITB qualifier match. If he wins, he can earn another shot at the World Championship by winning the MITB ladder match. But there could be a major roadblock standing in his way.

Let's take a look at 3 big possibilities for RAW Superstars:

#3. AJ Lee to return and cost Drew McIntyre at Money in the Bank

The feud between Punk and McIntyre has crossed all levels of personal animosity. McIntyre not only assaulted Punk on SmackDown but also took away his wristband which had his wife AJ Lee's name engraved on it. By doing so, McIntyre has now dragged Punk's family into the feud.

With Punk out of action, he is unlikely to be able to make it to MITB but former Divas Champion AJ Lee could finally make her return to the company after 9 years and finish what her husband started.

Just as McIntyre is about to grab the contract, Lee could return causing a distraction and crushing his dreams of becoming the top champion yet again. This would add a new layer of heat between the two men when they finally do have a match.

#2. The Creed Brothers to help Chad Gable fight the Wyatt Sicks

Last week on RAW, The Wyatt Sicks finally made their much-awaited debut. The faction led by Uncle Howdy decimated the locker room and one superstar they targeted in particular was Chad Gable who was left in a pool of his own blood to close out the show.

While Gable returned to action this week, the group again targeted him as Nikki Cross made her menacing presence felt while The Master was in the ring. The Creed Brothers were seen talking to Gable backstage. After Otis, Tozawa, and Maxxine left Gable's side, The Master could enlist the help of the former NXT Tag Team Champions to go after the Wyatt Sicks.

#1. Sting could return and join the Wyatt Sicks on RAW

WWE Hall of Famer Sting officially retired from in-ring competition earlier this year in AEW. However, fans are still eager to see the living legend return to WWE. Sting was a superstar who made eerie gimmicks popular with his crow gimmick in WCW and Joker gimmick in TNA and would be a perfect fit as a member of the Wyatt 6.

The group has shown that they are not just vandals as this week on RAW, Bo Dallas gave a heartfelt interview to Uncle Howdy. He spoke about his late brother Bray Wyatt and what his dreams were. A group with such layering and story could use a mentor to guide them on RAW. Sting could return as a sympathizer for Dallas aka Uncle Howdy, and offer to be a part of the group.
