Hell In A Cell 2012 - Randy Orton takes on Alberto Del Rio

At Hell in a Cell, Randy Orton will face off against Alberto Del Rio in a battle of wits between two of the smartest and most cunning WWE Stars.

Their feud began on the Sept. 28 edition of Friday Night SmackDown, where after being RKO’d by The Viper earlier in the evening, Del Rio unleashed a staggering assault on Orton, just as Randy was preparing for his Contender’s Match against Big Show for the World Heavyweight Championship. Not only did the attack result in  Orton losing to The Big Show, but then Del Rio immediately attacked Orton in a brutal onslaught as SmackDown went off the air!

Then Del Rio added Insult to Injury by making his own impression of  the Apex Predator the following week, ridiculing and angering The Viper. Who upon his return to SmackDown (Oct. 12) went on exact his revenge with a surprise assault of his own, punishing Del Rio and then Ricardo Rodriguez to an RKO on the announce table as Del Rio watched on from far.

So it was befitting to see them come head to head at Hell in a Cell to settle their differences in one of the most brutal matches in the WWE! Hopefully we’ll all be in for a treat in a battle of brains between two of the sneakiest Wrestlers in the WWE!
