How WWE should book Lacey Evans in the coming months

Lacey Evans is one of the latest NXT stars to have made their way to the main roster in the past couple months. However, she hasn't yet had the same success on the main roster compared to her developmental days.

Evans' first in-ring main roster match was at this year's women's Royal Rumble as the number one going against Natalia. Her botches were noticeable, including her failed kick up attempt which made her look less graceful than her character should be.

She hasn't wrestled on live TV for the past month, but she has been walking out to the ring only to turn around and walk back while waving.

But what's with the walking in just to immediately leave?

According to Wrestling Inc, her plan is to have a feud with Natalia while on RAW, as the NXT star doesn't belong to a particular brand.

Additional plans are to throw Evans in the mix with Charlotte Flair and Becky Lynch, with Rousey rumored to take time off following WrestleMania 35.

What should be next for Evans?

Her character is the best of both worlds. She has a positive message about being ladylike, and her signature finisher - "A Woman's Right", demonstrates the message, but her attitude that comes with the persona is heel like, and the division needs more female heels outside of Flair and Nia Jax.

Evans' run as a heel definitely starts with a feud with Natalia, seeing she's the babyface with the tough year she's had. This will also be a breath of fresh air, as this will pick up from their first encounter at the Rumble, and Natti can stop fighting the Riott Squad, as the two will have a legit storyline to work with.

If WWE wants to take the face route for Evans, it would have to come with her promoting how she wants to change the attitude of the heels - Flair and Jax, challenging them. This idea would go hand-in-hand with the plans of her being included in the Flair and Lynch angle post 'Mania.
