Huge names on post-Wrestlemania Raw, Dean Ambrose vs Roman Reigns?
Sting and The Undertaker are both booked for Monday’s post-WrestleMania Monday Night Raw event in San Jose. This does not mean they will be appearing live but they are booked to be there at the event.
The former WCW star will be taking on Triple H on Sunday at Wrestlemania 31 while The Deadman is set to battle Bray Wyatt after a year. Taker’s last match was at Wrestlemania 30 against Brock Lesnar where his undefeated Streak of 21-0 was conquered by The Beast.
Speculations of a Sting vs Undertaker match at the next Wrestlemania have already emerged and rumours about a Sting-Taker showdown at WM itself or on the fallout episode of Raw next Monday night has been already doing rounds on the internet. However, the Vigilante has indicated that, as of now, his encounter with Triple H at the Levi Stadium may be his last match ever.
Regarding Brock Lesnar and Roman Reigns match for the WWE World Heavyweight title at WM 31, a major announcement has been made by former Shield member and Reigns’ teammate, Dean Ambrose, at Wrestlemania 31 Axxess this week.
Ambrose, who is set to compete in the seven-man Ladder match for the Intercontinental title has stated to the attending fans that he will be the first one to challenge Reigns if he manages to win the WWE World title on Sunday. It sets up a much-anticipated feud between two former partners if Ambrose does decide to go for the ultimate prize.
In other news, due the unavailability of NXT superstars Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn because of their injuries, other NXT stars like Adrian Neville and Finn Balor were booked for the next several weeks of post-WrestleMania 31 main roster TV tapings.
