As reported by PWInsider, two top Impact Wrestling executives Dutch Mantel and John Gaburick are set to leave the promotion.
Apparently, in light of the recent hiring of Don Callis & Scott D’Amore, Mantel & Gaburick are parting ways with Impact Wrestling.
In case you didn’t know…
As we had previously reported, Impact Wrestling has hired Don Callis and Scott D’Amore in the role of Executive Vice Presidents.
Meanwhile, Dutch Mantel has been working with Impact as a Creative Consultant since January of this year and later Head Of Creative Team. On the other hand, John Gaburick has been working as a Creative Writer and Production Advisor for a considerable amount of time in Impact Wrestling.
The heart of the matter
The announcement of Don Callis and Scott D’Amore being hired as Executive Vice Presidents has set the professional wrestling community abuzz about the huge changes in Impact Wrestling.
Adding to which, the belief is that longtime backstage personnel, namely Dutch Mantel and John ‘Big’ Gaburick may be on the way out the promotion very soon.
As of this writing, Impact Wrestling, Mantel and Gaburick are yet to provide official statements on the same.

For those unaware, John Gaburick has long been one of the key backstage personalities in Impact Wrestling, and him leaving the company may indeed come as a shock to most hardcore professional wrestling fans.
On the other hand, Dutch Mantel (better known for his work in the WWE as Zeb Colter), has had a rather brief tenure with the company, all while joining during what has been a rough phase for Impact Wrestling.
