Impact Wrestling Spoilers: Taping results for 10th, 11th, 12th, 13th, 14th & 15th, January
Impact Wrestling just finished up a bumper set of tapings this past week that saw the company revert back to a four-sided ring, lost a whole bunch of its top stars, bring in some new exciting talent and entertain a steadily growing Canada-based crowd.
So without further ado, lets take a look at the taping results for the last six days, and what we can expect to see on our televisions leading up to the Impact Wrestling pay-per-view in April. I'll warn you, but I shouldn't have to, this article will contain spoilers for a significant amount of the next Impact Wrestling episodes.
#1. 10th January
Caleb Konley Def. Rohit Raju - both men were managed by a local DJ.
Matt Sydal (c) Def. Fallah Bah - Grand Championship Title Match - Sydal retains the title in a normal match, without judges or points or rounds.
Bobby Lashley Def. KM
Kiera Hogan Def. Laurel Van Ness - Allie runs in to distract LVN costing her the match, this was also Kiera Hogan's debut despite being signed with Impact for over a year, she has a great look and seems to be a promising talent
LAX and OVE cut a promo in continuation of their rivalry, however, they seem to be putting an end to it as Caleb Konley and Trevor Lee attack LAX as OVE leave.
Moose & Johnny Impact Def. EC3 and Alberto El Patron
Eli Drake and Chris Adonis cut a promo, but are interrupted by a returning Austin Aries
Austin Aries Def. Eli Drake - Impact World Title - An impromptu match is made, which Aries wins relatively quickly, becoming new Impact World Champion.
Taiji Ishimori & Matt Sydal Def. Rohit Raju & El Hijo Del Fantasma
Cult of Lee (Trever Lee & Caleb Konley) Def. T.E.C.H - L.A.X appear onscreen and warn Cult of Lee that they are coming for them
Laurel Van Ness Def. Kiera Hogan - LVN attacks Hogan after the match, Allie makes the save
Hania Def. Amber Nova - This was a debut for Hania, who is swiftly attacked by Rosemary. Hania manages to get away.
EC3 vs Moose Vs Johnny Impact vs Alberto El Patron - #1 Contendership Match - Impact pins EC3 to become the #1 contender to Aries' title.
OVE Def. T.E.C.H - Xplosion Match
Rosemary Def. Amber Nova - Xplosion Match
