Is Jey Uso working on Roman Reigns' master plan away from Solo Sikoa on WWE RAW? Analysing the clues
Jey Uso has played a crucial role in the success of The Bloodline storyline. So, when Uso Superkicked Roman Reigns and left the heel faction last year, it came as a shock to everyone. However, things have changed since then. Solo Sikoa took over The Bloodline after Roman went on a hiatus post-WrestleMania XL. The Original Tribal Chief recently returned to WWE TV as a babyface.
Interestingly, Main Event Jey had once said he wouldn't mind reuniting with his brother and cousin and starting afresh as a babyface stable. Considering what Roman Reigns has been going through lately, recent clues suggest that The YEET Master might be secretly working on a plan laid out by the Original Tribal Chief after a private reunion.
Firstly, Jey has recently been quite friendly with Rhea Ripley and Damian Priest. Even though The Archer of Infamy and The YEET Master have battled multiple times in the past, the duo seem to have overcome their bitterness for each other backstage. One can assume that Uso is building his relationship with Damian Priest to ensure the former World Heavyweight Champion is ready to help Reigns during the inevitable Bloodline Civil War.
Furthermore, if he has Ripley's approval, The Eradicator can help Uso convince Priest to help Roman Reigns.
Secondly, ever since moving to RAW, Main Event Jey has maintained a good relationship with the other babyfaces on the roster. For example, he and Sami Zayn recently overcame their past issues and even worked together as a tag team against The Judgment Day. Apart from that, the former Undisputed WWE Tag Team Champion has maintained a cordial relationship with superstars such as Randy Orton and Seth Rollins.
It's possible Roman Reigns and Jey Uso might be working secretly to garner support against Solo's Bloodline. However, this is speculative at this point.
Former WWE head writer reveals his choice for Roman Reigns' opponent at WrestleMania 41
Roman Reigns lost his Undisputed WWE Universal Championship to Cody Rhodes at WrestleMania XL. Recently, former WWE writer Vince Russo opened up about the Original Tribal Chief's possible opponent at next year's Show of Shows.
The Rock vs. Roman Reigns has long been a dream match for wrestling fans, and Russo believes that the duo should headline WrestleMania 41. Interestingly, The Final Boss teased a future showdown with Cody Rhodes earlier this year.
However, the veteran writer suggested that The Great One and The American Nightmare shouldn't collide at The Showcase of The Immortals next year, as the 39-year-old hadn't been involved in an interesting storyline since becoming Undisputed WWE Champion.
"Well, if you're asking me, I would want to see [The] Rock and Roman. That's just my personal taste, but I'm sure a lot of people would want to see [The] Rock and Cody," he said.
Meanwhile, Roman is currently involved in a storyline with Solo Sikoa's Bloodline. It will be interesting to see how the story takes shape in the coming weeks.
