Is The Judgment Day getting a new name? The truth confirmed following WWE RAW
The Judgment Day has officially split into two different sides on WWE RAW, and fans wonder if the newest version of the group will have a different name moving forward.
At WWE SummerSlam 2024, Dominik Mysterio betrayed Rhea Ripley to join forces with Liv Morgan. Finn Balor pulled off something similar later that night by betraying Damian Priest. After Carlito and JD McDonagh decided to align with Finn and Dominik, the newly formed stable will now go up against Rhea and Damian on WWE RAW.
Earlier this week, WrestleVotes reported that there were plans to rename Finn Balor's new faction. The name suggested was 'Street Trash.' For fans wondering if the rumor is true, there haven't been any signs which indicate that is the direction.
On the latest episode of the red brand, the group was referred to as The Judgment Day while displaying its name. The commentators also never referred to the faction as 'Street Trash.'
The company also launched new merchandise for JD McDonagh, which included the original name of the faction. In the case of Rhea Ripley's new merchandise, there isn't any mention of the faction's name.
While there isn't a new name for Finn Balor's side of the group, Rhea Ripley and Damain Priest may obtain a new name for their alliance as they are known as the Terror Twins.
The Judgment Day Civil War will happen at WWE Bash in Berlin 2024
The WWE RAW episodes following SummerSlam 2024 have both featured intense confrontations between the former Judgment Day stablemates. After Damian Priest battled JD McDonagh and Carlito in recent weeks, a blockbuster tag team match has been announced for WWE Bash in Berlin.
The Archer of Infamy will team up against The Eradicator to take on Dominik Mysterio and Liv Morgan in a mixed tag team match at WWE Bash in Berlin 2024. While the match already features a star-studded lineup, there's a high chance of Carlito, JD McDonagh, and Finn Balor's involvement in the encounter.
