There couldn’t have been a better choice for the character of The Undertaker, and in all fairness, anyone else playing the character wouldn’t have done justice to it.
The legend of the man has grown bigger over the past couple of years, and he is arguably the only character/performer who has been bigger than the Hogans and Austins.
The Undertaker has become a part of folklore, and his presence has captivated the fans for well over two decades.
There hasn’t been anyone in the past or present apart from him who has become synonymous with the biggest event of the year, WrestleMania.
Although there were marquee performers who headlined the event, there is only one person who is arguably bigger than WrestleMania itself!
The Undertaker has been the guy at WrestleMania and has single-handedly sold the tickets for the mega event. If you’re going to a WrestleMania, there is a good chance that you’re going there only to see The Undertaker perform.
The phenom hasn’t disappointed the fans either, putting on the match of the night for nearly a decade, with most of them being the ‘Match of the Year’ contenders.
