Jack Swagger's court trial date set

Reports suggested that Jack Swagger may have to face trial in Gulfport Municipal Court in Gulfport, MS on June 25th.

He is charged with driving under the influence of marijuana. After he left a SmackDown taping on February 19th, he was stopped and pulled over by a police officer on his way for excessive speeding.

The officer stated that Swagger was driving under influence, and a small amount of marijuana was also found in his car.
