Jeff Hardy discusses his future, the WWE and his surgery
– Jeff Hardy has been an enigma with his wrestling style and over the top stunts in the pro wrestling industry.
The man who was earlier brought into the WWE to job to the big guys such as the Undertaker and Triple H made a solid career in the WWE winning 3 WWE World Heavyweight titles.
Jeff Hardy was pushed by the fans and the WWE alike after realizing the value of his marketability. Hardy appeared on WOOOOO! Nation hosted by Ric Flair and spoke about various topics including the WWE.
On his leg injury
Hardy is supposed to undergo surgery on his leg early in January 2016 which will keep him out for most of the year. He said that he is a bit terrified, but is still going to go ahead and wrestle a few easy matches and see where that takes him.
He also added that he would take it easy and avoid landing on his knees.
“I'm just going to avoid landing on my knees and maybe not doing as many moves I normally do and just see how it goes. But ultimately, I'm going to end up having the surgery sometime early next year and, sadly, I'll probably be missing most of 2016," Hardy said.
On his return to the WWE
Hardy was asked if he would return to the WWE like the Dudley Boyz. Hardy stated that he and his brother Matt would definitely like to end their career with the WWE. He added that he is definitely considering it and may be a possibility soon.
"I think there's a huge possibility down the road. I'm not sure when, but I think both Matt and myself would love to end our careers in the WWE and it'd be super, double great to be able to have a few more good ones with the Dudley Boyz, for sure," the Charismatic Enigma said.
On his accomplishments
Hardy has a few things left before hanging up his boots. He would like to headline Wrestlemania and would like to have a Hell in a Cell match. He said that he has never main evented Wrestlemania and that is the one thing on top of his list.
I've done most of everything I've wanted to do, but I guess there are two big things. I mean, and those two big things are I never got to do a Hell In a Cell in the WWE. That's a pretty big one. And I've never main evented WrestleMania, so, ultimately, if it could all work out one day before it's all over, I'd like to do those two things," Jeff shared.
