Jimmy Uso to debut a new character; 2 former champions to accompany him? - 3 ways the ex-Bloodline member can return to WWE on SmackDown tonight
Jimmy Uso was last seen on WWE SmackDown after WrestleMania XL. During that, he was kicked out of The Bloodline after being assaulted by Solo Sikoa and Tama Tonga.
The record-breaking champion suffered an undisclosed injury in April and was pulled from the 2024 WWE Draft. He is reportedly cleared to return to action now.
So, without further ado, let's take a look at three ways Jimmy Uso can return to SmackDown tonight.
#3. Jimmy Uso returns and forms a tag team with Roman Reigns on SmackDown
Roman Reigns got into a brawl with The Bloodline on last week's episode of SmackDown. The Original Tribal Chief surprisingly took out Solo Sikoa, Tama Tonga, and Tonga Loa on his own.
However, the numbers game will eventually lead to Reigns being at a disadvantage against The Bloodline, who desperately want to hurt The Original Tribal Chief.
Jimmy Uso could return tonight to help Reigns against the group. The duo could even challenge Tama Tonga and Tonga Loa/Jacob Fatu for the WWE Tag Team Championship at some point. Taking the gold away from The Bloodline would give Reigns and Uso the upper hand over the faction.
#2. Jimmy Uso brings Jey Uso and Sami Zayn to SmackDown
Even if Jimmy Uso comes to the aid of Roman Reigns on SmackDown, the two men will still be outnumbered by The Bloodline. Things will get worse when Jacob Fatu returns to make it a four-on-two situation.
Therefore, Jimmy could secretly mend fences with his twin brother, Jey Uso and Sami Zayn, and bring the former champions to the blue brand tonight. Jey even stated that Roman Reigns is his only Tribal Chief.
The original Bloodline could reunite this way, and seeds for a WarGames match at Survivor Series between Roman Reigns' and Solo Sikoa's versions of the group could be planted.
#1. Jimmy Uso returns as Solo Sikoa's enforcer
Jimmy Uso was punished by Solo Sikoa on SmackDown after WrestleMania XL because the former lost to Jey Uso at The Grandest Stage of Them All.
WWE could pull a shocker tonight and have Jimmy return to join Sikoa's Bloodline instead of siding with Roman Reigns. He might do that because the self-proclaimed Tribal Chief is his younger brother.
Moreover, the attack by Solo Sikoa and Tama Tonga could be a reason for Jimmy to fall in line and acknowledge his younger brother as his Tribal Chief. The former Tag Team Champion may also blame Roman Reigns for not being present to save him on the night he was punished by Sikoa and Tonga.
As Jacob Fatu is currently injured, Jimmy could replace him as Sikoa's enforcer. This could also lead to The Samoan Werewolf joining Reigns in the future.
