Judgment Day to finally implode after emotional WWE reunion 13 years in the making? Exploring potential swerve

The Judgment Day has been hanging on by a thread over the past few weeks, with several teases that Dominik Mysterio could be set to turn face, while Finn Balor continues to try to take over as the leader. Balor has some huge matches coming up on WWE RAW, but while the focus is on all the other members of The Judgment Day, it could be Carlito who causes a massive fallout.

Carlito's former tag team partner, Chris Masters, has recently been teasing a potential return to WWE, which could lead to an epic reunion, 13 years after his WWE release.

Carlito and Chris Masters worked together for several years and even challenged for the World Tag Team Championships at WrestleMania 22 almost two decades ago. The duo was never able to lift tag team gold but could reunite to finally win those titles as a team.

At present, JD McDonagh and Finn Balor are the holders of the World Tag Team Championships so it would mean Carlito would have to turn his back on his new family.

The Judgment Day hasn't been the same since Damian Priest and Rhea Ripley were replaced

The Judgment Day has replaced and added several members over the past year with only Balor remaining from the group that once included Edge. All these changes have caused the dynamic to shift and it's become more and more obvious in recent weeks that the group is only just hanging on.

Balor's obsession with Damian Priest and the World Heavyweight Championship could cost him the Tag Team titles and his friendship with JD McDonagh, which could cause a massive rift in the group.

Carlito always seems like the odd one out, and if someone like Masters returned and offered him a way out, he would likely take it since he is being misused by the group.
