Kane chooses his partners for WrestleMania XXX

Nearly every WWE tag team’s booking has been made clear during last night’s SmackDown tapings in Houston. The announcements followed the incidents happened during the #1 contenders match for the tag team titles at WrestleMania XXX between The Shield (Rollins and Ambrose), 3MB, Rybaxel and The Real Americans. The match ended in a no contest as a huge brawl broke out, with all heel tag teams teaming up to take down The Shield.

This brawl also saw the involvement of the Director of Operations, Kane, who attacked Reigns at ringside. Reigns and Kane took their brawl to the stage where emerged the New Age Outlaws to Kane’s aid, who then together knocked out Reigns. Meanwhile, the heel tag teams took down Ambrose and Rollins in the ring. After this, Kane and the Outlaws took down the entire Shield and stood tall over them.

Later, a backstage segment between Kane and the heel tag teams from the match revealed that Kane has rewarded both Rybaxel and The Real Americans with a tag team title shot at WrestleMania XXX for their attack on The Shield, and 3MB are put in the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal for playing their part. Then, The Outlaws hugged Kane to confirm that they are The Authority’s new enforcers.

As what it seems right now, at WrestleMania XXX, it will be:

The Usos vs. The Real Americans vs. Rybaxel (WWE Tag Team Championship match),

3MB will participate in the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal, and

The Shield are going to face Kane and The New Age Outlaws.

One can expect the addition of The Rhodes Brothers as the fourth team in the tag team championship match to even the odds of face and heel teams in the match.

And let’s just hope that the match between a present day tag team (The Shield) and a team of stars from the Attitude Era (Kane and The Outlaws) doesn’t become one-sided.
