Summerslam is still a solid month and a half away, but speculation surrounding the event is underway. High profile matches against Universal Champion Brock Lesnar and WWE Champion AJ Styles are sure to happen, along with rivalries that WWE has brewing in the buildup to the biggest party of the summer.

From speculation to certainty, here are some of the matches to potentially look forward to by Summerslam 2018.

Raw Tag Team Championship: The Deleters of Worlds (c.) vs. The Authors of Pain

While the Authors of Pain haven't seen much TV time since their debut in April, they could be the next challengers in line to Bray Wyatt and Matt Hardy's tag team titles – that is, if they still aren't feuding with the B-team come August.

Akam and Rezar would pose a legitimate threat to The Deleters of Worlds' championships and be a fresh challenge for the duo in Raw's relatively thin tag team pool. If so, we could see AOP beat down Hardy and Wyatt, perhaps even dismantling the Hardy compound in the weeks coming up.

If WWE decides to pull the trigger on this feud by Summerslam, it would be a great way to give the Authors of Pain a big win and send a message to the rest of Raw's tag team division.
