Liv Morgan to ruin another man's WWE run after Dominik Mysterio? Exploring the chances of that happening at SummerSlam 2024
Dominik Mysterio broke the heart of the Women's World Champion, Liv Morgan, causing her to strike out and plot revenge against the 27-year-old WWE Superstar. She has already trashed the clubhouse of The Judgment Day, but that could only be the start of the Liv Morgan Revenge Tour.
Morgan is set to defend her title against The Eradicator this Saturday at SummerSlam inside the Cleveland Browns Stadium. Liv has been playing mind games for months with her infatuation with Dirty Dom. The Biggest Party of the Summer will be where Rhea can finally reclaim the title she never lost and potentially stop the woman who tried to steal her man.
Another major SummerSlam match to feature a Judgment Day member is the World Heavyweight Championship bout scheduled between Damian Priest and challenger Gunther. Priest seemingly hasn't done anything wrong to Morgan on WWE programming, but he may find himself in the crosshairs of the Liv Morgan Revenge Tour and lose his title.
The Women's World Champion promised to make the lives of Rhea and Dominik a living hell. Dirty Dom claims that he hates Liv and that she ruined his life. Morgan's recent attack on The Judgment Day's clubhouse shows that she was willing to target the faction collectively. Perhaps the revenge tour of Liv Morgan involves the destruction of the entire faction.
Will Liv Morgan cause Damian Priest to lose the World Heavyweight Championship at WWE SummerSlam?
In recent weeks, The Archer of Infamy has developed a heated rivalry with the King of the Ring winner, Gunther.
The Ring General sees himself as superior to the man he called, "street trash" and believes it's his time to reign supreme as World Heavyweight Champion. However, he may receive a tainted victory if an angry Liv Morgan interferes, costing Priest the match as a way to get revenge on the stable affiliated with Dominik Mysterio and Rhea Ripley.
It's certainly possible that Gunther could end up winning at SummerSlam, and Liv Morgan could play a part in that decision. However, considering WWE's first PLE from Germany is less than a month away, a country where he is hugely popular. It might be better to save The Ring General's crowning achievement for Bash in Berlin on August 31.
Damian Priest has had a respectable reign as World Heavyweight Champion so far. He could be protected in defeat against Gunther via an interference involving the vengeful Liv Morgan. This would automatically make The Archer of Infamy deserving of a rematch for the World Heavyweight Championship.
Morgan costing Priest his title would turn up the heat in her televised program with The Judgment Day. However, there are plenty of other possibilities for WWE's Biggest Party of the Summer. Wrestling fans can check out the latest updates and news about SummerSlam at Sportskeeda Wrestling!
