Liv Morgan's unexpected attack on Nikki Bella to lead to the return of a Hall of Famer? Exploring the possibility
Nikki Bella is back, but things didn't go quite how she wanted on WWE Monday Night RAW. The show featured two big returns and the announcement of another comeback. Asuka was revealed to be back next week, and Bayley made a surprise comeback on the program.
Beyond those two legends, WWE Hall of Famer Nikki Bella also showed up in an advertised appearance. Unfortunately, she was interrupted by Liv Morgan. This led to Nikki being attacked, much to the shock of everyone. This could also potentially lead to the return of another Hall of Famer: Brie Bella.
For those somehow unaware, Brie Bella is Nikki's real-life twin sister. The two started together in World Wrestling Entertainment and spent the bulk of their careers wrestling side by side. While they did have occasional fights, they are often seen as inseparable.
Fans were surprised to see WWE Hall of Famer Nikki Bella return without Brie. Now that Liv laid her out, however, Brie might want to step in and help her sister. For example, she could show up to Monday Night RAW next week.
From there, Brie could either tell Liv Morgan off or attack her out of revenge. This could then lead to another scrap, but this time, Brie will be ready for whatever Liv tries, while Nikki was subjected to what was essentially a sneak attack.
Nikki Bella and Brie Bella could then challenge for the WWE Women's Tag Team Titles
If Brie Bella does return, this would mean that The Bella Twins would be back on WWE television together. It could even potentially mean that the two Hall of Famers and sisters could team up.
If that's the case, it could lead to a blockbuster showdown. Liv Morgan is in a tag team with Raquel Rodriguez. They're the WWE Women's Tag Team Champions. If Brie joins Nikki Bella back on television, it could lead to a championship bout between the duos.
The perfect place for the two teams to clash is at Evolution next month. They could first scrap at Night of Champions later this month, but a match at the July premium live event, where the past meets the present, feels appropriate for the occasion.
This would be big for The Bella Twins. The pair wasn't an active tag team after the Women's Tag Team Titles were introduced. This could be their first, and potentially last, real shot at holding gold together as sisters. Beating someone they dislike, such as Liv, for the gold makes it even sweeter.
