Logan Paul to ask four-time champion for help against LA Knight? Exploring alliance at Clash at the Castle
Logan Paul may have an LA Knight problem at Clash at the Castle. The Maverick had an outstanding match at King and Queen of the Ring, where he challenged Cody Rhodes for the Undisputed WWE Championship.
While his United States Championship was not on the line in Saudi Arabia, it likely will be in Glasgow, Scotland. But, will he be able to withstand the onslaught that The Megastar will bring? Well, assuming he isn't, Logan Paul may look to a four-time champion for help. The champion in this situation, is none other than Carmelo Hayes.
The 29-year-old is a former NXT Champion, two-time NXT North American Champion, and Cruiserweight Champion. Having recently made the move to the main roster, Hayes is looking to cement his place. With that in mind, he could prove to be the perfect ally for Paul.
Much like Paul, Hayes is a part of the new generation of pro wrestlers. Now simply referred to as "Him," Hayes has been harping on about how it is time for the young superstars to take over. In the process, he has found allies in Austin Theory and Grayson Waller but made an enemy of LA Knight. Taking this into consideration, there is no reason why he shouldn't help The Maverick, should he take on Knight at Clash at the Castle.
A match between The Maverick and The Megastar, with the US Title on the line, at this point seems inevitable. However, the potential involvement of Carmelo Hayes is nothing more than speculation. The WWE Universe will just have to wait and see what unfolds in the coming days.
LA Knight recently took a hilarious shot at Logan Paul
Following their confrontation on last week's episode of SmackDown, Logan Paul and LA Knight have been going back and forth on X/Twitter. Taking into account Paul's experience with social media, one would assume that he would have the advantage. However, The Megastar recently got one over on the United States Champion.
In true Logan Paul fashion, the 29-year-old made a short video calling out Knight. He laughed and made it clear that he did not care what the veteran wanted. A simple video, but Paul made one fatal error, he did not properly tag The Megastar. This led to a hilarious response from the 41-year-old, who pointed out that the "social media influencer" doesn't even know how to tag people.
Safe to say that a clash between these two superstars would be wildly entertaining. Now, all that is left to be done is for SmackDown General Manager, Nick Aldis, to make it official.
