Lucha Bros to make their WWE SmackDown debut and form a faction with 3-time champion? Analyzing the chances

The Lucha Bros are a dynamic tag team that seems all set to sign with WWE. According to several reports, the duo of Pentagon Jr. and Rey Fenix have signed a multi-year deal with the Triple H-led company. Should this prove to be true, the anticipation for their debut will surely skyrocket. Who knows? It may even come tonight on SmackDown, where they could form a faction with a three-time champion.

The three-time champion in question here is none other than Andrade. El Idolo was locked in a series of matches with Carmelo Hayes, but that has now come to an end. Having left 'Him' behind, Andrade must now look to the future, and should he wish to leave his mark on SmackDown, he will need help. This is where the Lucha Bros could step in.

Andrade certainly has huge goals when it comes to his WWE career. He will definitely want to go after a title or two, and LA Knight's United States Championship is up next. He will take on The Megastar soon, but that certainly won't be an easy task. So, perhaps he can turn to the Lucha Bros for support, as they could help him become a two-time United States Champion.

It will be interesting to see what Triple H and WWE's creative team have in store for the luchadores. But, as things stand, the potential of them teaming up with Andrade is nothing more than speculation. We will just have to wait and see.

Former WWE star is willing to come back with the Lucha Bros on the roster

The Lucha Bros' potential WWE move has plenty of people excited, including a former WWE star. Although he hasn't been seen in a WWE ring for 31 years, Konnan is now willing to return under the new Triple H regime. And it all has to do with the signing of Pentagon Jr. and Rey Fenix.

Recently on the Keepin' It 100 podcast, Konnan expressed his excitement over the signings of the two luchadores. He believes that they will be great signings, and might even be good additions to Rey Mysterio's faction, LWO. But, more importantly, should they join the group, he claimed he would be more than ready to return to WWE if asked.

Although Konnan hasn't been seen in a WWE ring in three decades, his last televised appearance was in 2023 when he inducted Rey Mysterio into the Hall of Fame. That said, it would be interesting to see him return in a managerial capacity with Rey, the Lucha Brothers, and LWO.
