Maddox happy at Vickie's termination, Kane stretchered off

New Monday Night RAW GM Brad Maddox issued the Tout above stating that he was glad that Vickie Guerrero was fired on RAW tonight.

Nikki Bella came out to the announce booth on crutches. As noted earlier, Nikki was recently pictured in a wheelchair with John Cena. WWE has yet to acknowledge Nikki’s injury, likely because they don’t want to disrupt the continuity between their programming and the new Total Divas show.

Also, Kane was stretchered to the back following being attacked by the Wyatt Family on tonight’s RAW.
