Major name won't compete, popular star to turn heel? - 4 predictions for The Wyatt Sicks in WWE ahead of their in-ring debut on RAW
WWE Monday Night RAW airs later tonight. The program will be taking place live in the CFG Baltimore Arena in Baltimore, Maryland. Currently, over 10,000 tickets have been sold for the show, but it could end up hitting 11,000 before bell time.
This will be the first edition of the red brand following an epic SummerSlam. The Biggest Party of the Summer saw multiple title changes, including two that impacted the RAW brand. Tonight's show will deal with the fallout from SummerSlam, but it also features a major debut.
The Wyatt Sicks faction will officially make their in-ring debut as a stable. Three members of the fiendish faction will take on Chad Gable and The Creed Brothers. This comes after The Wyatt Sicks have been targeting the former Olympian since their debut.
This is a big deal, as The Wyatt Sicks have had a lot of hype since vignettes and teasers began airing months ago. Since then, any appearance from the group has gotten a lot of attention from fans. The question becomes what will happen when they debut on RAW? This article will offer a handful of predictions for their in-ring debut.
Below are four predictions for The Wyatt Sicks in WWE ahead of their in-ring debut on RAW.
#4. They will win their in-ring debut as a faction
The Wyatt Sicks debut is a big deal. The stable has been involved in beatdowns and other brawls dating back to the night the group debuted, but as far as in-ring action goes, nothing official has taken place prior to WWE RAW tonight.
Despite that, each member has competed in WWE before. Bo Dallas, Nikki Cross, Erick Rowan, and Dexter Lumis have all wrestled on Monday Night RAW in the past. Meanwhile, Joe Gacy was recently a regular on NXT.
Notably, almost none of these stars had a winning record, especially at the latter end of their in-ring careers. That will change beginning tonight, however. The Wyatt Sicks will almost certainly win the match in order to be established as serious threats moving forward.
#3. Uncle Howdy won't compete on WWE RAW
For those unaware, The Wyatt Sicks is a scary faction on WWE RAW that currently features five members. Uncle Howdy, aka Bo Dallas, is the leader of the group. He is joined by Dexter Lumis, Joe Gacy, Nikki Cross, and Erick Rowan.
It isn't yet clear which three members of The Wyatt Sicks will compete against Chad Gable and The Creed Brothers. While it could be any of the four male members, Uncle Howdy is unlikely to be one of the three men in the ring.
Bo Dallas, aka Uncle Howdy, is the leader of the intimidating and spooky stable. As a result, his in-ring debut under the Howdy persona should be saved for a big singles match. Triple H and WWE likely realize this, so Rowan, Gacy, and Lumis will probably be the three featured.
#2. Ivy Nile will turn heel and attack Nikki Cross
The alliance of Chad Gable and The Creed Brothers has been fascinating to witness. Before Chad linked up with Julius and Brutus, he had been the leader of The Alpha Academy. The group also featured Otis, Akira Tozawa, and Maxxine Dupri, three fan favorites among WWE fans.
Once things went haywire thanks to Chad's newfound bad attitude, The Alpha Academy members left their coach behind. This led to Gable recruiting The Creed Brothers to have his back against The Wyatt Sicks. Naturally, that leads to the match on WWE RAW.
Interestingly, there is one associate of The Creed Brothers who has also been seen talking to Gable: Ivy Nile. When the Six-Man Tag Team Match takes place on RAW, Ivy may officially turn heel by showing up and attacking Nikki Cross. This could serve as a distraction, but more importantly, it will greatly benefit Nile's career moving forward.
#1. They won't be theatrical like The Fiend
The final prediction this article will offer ahead of The Wyatt Sicks' debut on WWE Monday Night RAW comes down to their presentation. There have been a lot of question marks regarding what their presentation may look like.
Some fans fear that the group may end up being given some of the bad aspects of The Fiend character. This includes cinematic elements, mood lighting that takes away from the presentation, and the talent coming across as unstoppable supernatural killers.
While it is certainly possible that Triple H and WWE book them this way, this prediction sees The Wyatt Sicks instead being treated as much more human. Instead of being supernatural, they will be psychotic and spooky, just like Sanity and the early version of The Wyatt Family once were.
